In the central compartment write ha sa u ca ha ha ha, and in the eight surrounding compartments write ha oṁ ha | ha tā ha | ha re ha | ha tut ha | ha tā ha | ha re ha | ha tu ha | ha re ha. Place the circle into a skull cup covered with a lid, bind it with blue thread, and conceal it in a charnel ground. The banishment will then be successful.”
