Tantrasāra

Abhinavagupta composed the Tantrasāra as a condensed prose restatement of the Tantrāloka for students who needed the system's architecture without the full verse elaboration. It follows the same doctrinal arc — from the nature of absolute consciousness through initiation, ritual, and liberation — in a more compact register. Printed as KSTS 17 (and related Nirṇaya Sāgara materials), the work entered modern Indology through Kashmiri manuscript witnesses.
