Textual history

The Īśvarapratyabhijñākārikā is the foundational verse treatise of Pratyabhijñā philosophy. Utpaladeva wrote both a short Vṛtti (this witness) and a longer Vivṛti (only fragments survive). Abhinavagupta's Vimarśinī comments on the kārikās separately (already in the library as isvarapratyabhijnavimarsini).
