“Mendicants, these four individuals are found in the world. What four? One whose elocution is on topic, but not fluent. One whose elocution is fluent, but not on topic.

“Cattārome, bhikkhave, puggalā santo saṁvijjamānā lokasmiṁ. Katame cattāro? Yuttappaṭibhāno, no muttappaṭibhāno; muttappaṭibhāno, no yuttappaṭibhāno;

One whose elocution is both on topic and fluent. One whose elocution is neither on topic nor fluent. These are the four individuals found in the world.”
