BO༄༅། ། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་ བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་ལྷ་བཻ་ཌཱུརྱ་འོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ། མ་ཧཱ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་ས་མུཏྒ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། སྨན་གཏོང་བའི་ཚེ་སྨན་ལ་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་གདབ་པ་རྫོགས་{སྷོ,སོ}། ། ། །
ENsyād yathedam khaṭe khaṭe khaṭavikhaṭe cale vicale vilamde bale balavate candre caraṇe amṛtanirghoṣe
ENMay all diseases of wind, bile, phlegm, and their combination be pacified svāhā.
